Recreation and work in an emerging country: a combination of regulatory and motivational influences

The work can not be considered in isolation from the recreation as a process of an individual’s vital forces restoration. In emerging economies, recreational management needs actualization at both macro and micro levels. purpose study is analysis possibilities combining functions regulation motivation direction increasing productivity employment due to improved recreation. research methodology Breton-Brennan-Buchanan model, within which homo economicus feels influence government adjusts ratio “work – leisure”. A modified view on this model that state seen only terms income maximization.
